the tasty, mountainous chicken, fresh and grown up in mountainous environment

A whole chicken that is marinated by hand with a mix of spices (salt, red and black pepper, oregon). It is tied at the legs and the body with a suitable rubber to withstand high temperatures.

Pointings Out

A sticker is placed which is stuck on the cellophane where they are quoted: a)date of production and expiry (6 days), b)temperature of maintainance from 0o to +4o C c)licence code of operation of the slaughterhouse (P6), d)name of product and company.

Maintainance & Transport

The chickens are packed in trays, placed in tenters and stored and are stored right away in the maintenance of the fresh, at a temperature of 0o to +4o C. On the same day they are transported by trucks – refrigerators to the market, at temperatures of 0o to +4o C.
