In order to produce ready baked products, PINDOS has put into use the most modern methods offered by today’s poultry farming technology.
The entire procedure for the production of ready baked products is done by automated machinery. For the fresh ready baked products, a modified atmosphere packaging method is used (temperature -2 oC to +2 oC), whereas for the frozen ready baked products, the superfast freezing method is used (temperature -18oC).
