c) product’s bar code, d) Product’s price (if whished) .

Marking of 2nd packing: In the carton the below are standardized: a) product’s name, b) Business’s name and headquarters, c) license code operation of the slaughterhouse (P39) and labeling of eligibility, according to the 92/116/EOK direction. 
In addition a label is placed where the below are quoted: a) Production and expiry date (16 months), b) packing's weight, c) pieces.

Maintainance & Transport

Fresh offal is stored in maintenance fridges for the fresh at a temperature of 0o to +4o C. All the products are transported on the same day to the market, by trucks - refrigerators and at temperatures of 0o to +4o C.
